During his time as a client it became painfully clear that he didn’t need an agency — he needed a partner. And he brought that philosophy to Springbox along with a wealth of real life client-side experience to help us approach each partnership through a strategic lens.

Maria leads our multidisciplinary experience design team to deliver strategic, user-centered and delightfully designed digital experiences. For 15 years, she has lived and breathed digital, assembling teams to create award-winning work for clients such as Hampton Inn, Mary Kay, Silicon Labs, HomeAway and The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. Maria’s varied background in Marketing, eLearning and Digital Arts drives her passion for design thinking with the unifying theme of purposeful human interaction with digital technology.
Chief Vision Officer
Megan has been telling authentic brand stories for over 15 years. As Chief Creative Officer, she believes that high-quality, ownable storytelling builds affinity with audiences, fostering a loyal following. But you can’t get there without user insights, audience behaviors and user motivations. It’s how you inspire audiences in unexpected ways throughout the digital ecosystem.
Caldwell offers a rich digital product background from mainframes to IOT. With design, engineering and product experience, he offers a balanced perspective for collaboratively delivering digital products to users. Caldwell loves to work with his hands and is a natural problem solver who values whimsy and experimentation, as well as pragmatism and the scientific method.
VP Finance & Operations
Michael believes that when you have the right people in the right positions with the tools and resources they need — you can accomplish anything. It’s this approach that allowed him to grow a previous 3-person startup to 150 employees. In addition to his skills in operations, Michael brings a bevy of financial experience to the table having worked at Lehman Brothers and local, family-owned businesses like People’s Pharmacy.

Paul brings an insatiable desire to deliver technical solutions to real-world client problems. As a technical leader he’s spent years building highly effective software development teams that understand their clients’ needs.
